The artist reserves the right to accept or decline a commission.Payment: -If the artist accept the commission- must be paid in full or half via Paypal before the commission is started. The currency is in EUR.Personal use: the client reserves the right to use the commission for their personal usage, this includes but not limited to print for personal display, wallpaper, posted as profile icons on websites/social medias as long as they give proper credits to the artist.Revisions: the artist will request revision approvals for at least 2 instances of the work, specifically for the sketch and coloring (pre-rendering) phase. These revisions cannot lead to backtracking already approved steps, nor increase drastically the amount of work planned for the commission.Refunds: commissions are NON-refundable after payment unless the artist decides to cancel the commission, if the artist has not sent any update regarding the commission progress for a period longer than 14 days or if the artist is the only one at fault for missing a rush-order deadline. Only in those cases, the payment will be fully or partially refunded
if the client requests it.Termination: if the client fails to respond to revisions approval from the artist for a period longer than 14 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.Private and Commercial use: unless negotiated otherwise, the artist reserves the right to use, sell (in the form of physical goods, excluding for commercial use type B and C) and publish the commission and work in progress on their social medias, streaming platforms, banners, websites and portfolio as well as retain the commercial use licenses of the commission.PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL USE LICENSES TYPESCommercial use licenses transfer the rights ownerships that are initially retained by the artist.The owner of commercial use is still required to give proper credits to the artist while using or exposing the work.
.psd files must be shared only with the live2D Artist chosen previously, if the client wishes to share it to a third party, they need to ask the artist first.
If the client doesn't follow this, the artist will not work with them anymore in the future.The owner of commercial use licences have the rights to use the commission as merchandise to sell, promote, distribute, produce and for any other commercial purposes as long as they don't involve modifying the product or impacting negatively the artist. Using the sketch to commission other artists before paying the second half.NFT AND AI - You are prohibited from using my work as an NFT and promoting NFTs, under any circumstances. You are also prohibited from feeding my work into any AI image generator, under any circumstances.Rush Order
Commissions don't have a deadline but usually will rarely exceed 2 month to finalize unless the work involved requires it or under specific circumstances.To get a deadline, you need a rush order.Rush orders have a deadline starting from the day when the payment has been completed.Item Price

Before starting the lineart and rendering, right after the sketch, the commissioner need to inform the artist with the name of the rigger so the artist can contact them and divide the layers using their instructions.
If the commissioner changes the rigger after the commission is done, the artist will charge more for each different layer subdivision asked by the new rigger. If the commissioner doesn't know who'll rig the model, the artist will provide a file with the subdivision done by their own accord and the artist will provide for free only minors changes.
Before the commission of the models, the commissioner must provide the artist with a folder with all the references and explanations to work better and do a decent character design together, if the commissioner doesn't have a specific idea, they can just ask for a character design, which means having to pay an additional price depending on the difficulty of the model.After delivering the commission, the artist does not make use of giving refunds under any circumstances. If the art is deemed not appropriate for streaming and other platforms, the artist could accept as a commission the review of the art.If you commission me you have automatically accepted my T.O.S and in case you declare to have full rights to use your design
